I just started the 30 Day Shred today and I am looking for people that are also doing it so we can give each other support and motivation if it is needed.

It's a Jillian Michaels workout that incorporates strength training and cardio... you can find the videos for it on YouTube, and it's an amazing workout. It lasts about 30 minutes, and I had so much energy after doing it that I can't wait to do it again!0

Everyone can add meee! I've already finished the 30DS recently & just moved on to Jillian's "Ripped in 30".... will probably go BACK to the Shred sometime after Ripped. And I wouldn't mind more friends!!!

I'm a guy trying this out. had a bit of a laugh during the warm up. felt silly doing it...10 mins in, I was hurting. looking for partners and support group! any can add me! I need all the help I can get. PS the whole "come on ladies! you can do it" in the videos are a nice kick in the *kitten* to keep me going0

I'm in!! I'm on Day 4 of Level 1 and have a definite love/hate relationship with Jillian.
I've been on MFP since June 16th, 2012. I've lost 28 lbs but more importantly have a huge change in my body composition/wegith distribution. There is still a long road ahead of me, but I'm doing the best I can. Some days are better than other but I'm on a strong streak right now.
