    I'm a guy trying this out. had a bit of a laugh during the warm up. felt silly doing it...10 mins in, I was hurting. looking for partners and support group! any can add me! I need all the help I can get. PS the whole "come on ladies! you can do it" in the videos are a nice kick in the *kitten* to keep me going :p

    great! im on day 4 of level 2, i have been doing it for 11 days now...i was planning on being on level 2 for 2 weeks and the last week and half level 3! but so far so good!!

    it works hahah but I agree. I cant help but feel that I may be using the wrong video. I just do it with a bit more weight. makes things interesting

    I just started level 1 day two.....and looking for others that are doing or have done the program.
  • feel free to add me! I am on day 2 of level 1. Had to take a day off yesterday (i started on tuesday) coz my thighs were hurting so bad that i could not walk! lol. Just forced myself and did it for the second time today and feel great after doing it!

    Great timing for this post for me. I have been thining about restarting it last time I gave up after just a few days I was really hurting (embarassing to admit that I am that badly out of shape) But thanks to this post I am gonna give it another try starting tomorrow.     I literally just finished day one here in my cubical at work LMAO!!!! it had/has me sweating i love that!!! I'm on levaquin and i'm not allowed to lift weights until i'm done next friday, i got sick of the bike and treadmill, so i tried this! I love it!!! Can't wait to see if i get results!

    I'm not doing it every day, but I like to do the 30 day shred once or twice a week when I'm not hitting the gym :) soo if anyone wants to add me please do so :) it's a great quick burn ^^

    Hey! I am starting tonight, I haven't decided if I will do it 7 days a week as I am also doing C25K. I will give a shot at doing both but at the very least I will to 30DS 4 days a week.

    New to MFP and on Day 3 Level 1 with a day rest after day 2. I was hurting after 2 days and ready to start day 3. Would love any support and friends to complain with! :smile:
  • Hopefully mine will arrive today! I can't wait to start I am so hype lol. I have been working out a lot but I like to mix it up and the results I have seen people have has been enough to make me want to try it out.
