    My first short-term goal is to be able to do at least one dive-bomber pushup.
    Second is to be able to run a 5K in less than 1/2 an hour.
    Third is to be able to lift heavy like a boss :smile:

    I want to do my first 5k this year. Looking to June to do it. If the weather gets better I can start jogging again so I can challenge myself to keep going after 14 minutes of it.

    I went to my fiance's cabin in the woods last summer with my two boys. I attempted to do a hike with them in the woods and had to back out 10 minutes in because I couldn't keep up. I'm working towards being able to do that hike with my boys.
