Well, I'm 5'1 ...but I'll go ahead and post here anyway.
These are both "during" pictures. Left was around 128ish? right was about 110ish? Now I'm lifting heavy, and trying for the life of me to get some abs. Hoping to add a third "buff" picture to this soon.
Edit: forgot to say that I started in the 150's somewhere. There is no photo evidence that I have not destroyed. Kinda bummed about that in retrospect.0 -
Great progress!! Thanks for showing the pics of your journey; you look fabulous!
I am so inspired to keep going! 5' .75" (and shrinking w/age) and 162 now. Shooting for 137, then reassessing goal.
Let's do this!!0 -
I am just under 5 feet one inch. Sometimes I've had a nurse ask me if I was sure I was that height and not taller? Um......if she measured me why doesn't she believe it? l.o.l. I'm fun sized. No pictures yet. I'm not sure how to post them.0

4'9 here and maintaining wonderfully since about September.
There are some pics of sorts on my profile, I didn't really take proper photos as I was (and still am to a point) intensely camera shy. The one in my avatar shows me doing my very first proper pull-up the other day :bigsmile:0 -
I'm 5 feet tall! yay fun sized! I have always been a little chubby in my opinion, and never really happy with my body. I have a weird bone structure and weight gain area combination- i have broad shoulders, and narrow hips ( or so i think theyre always covered in fat) and really short legs in comparison to my torso, but i gain all of my weight in my thighs and butt. My highest weight was around 127 last year, and my lowest has been about 100. I managed to lose down to 113 gradually last year, but gained about 7 pounds back this summer. I started out at 117 on here after being told to go on here by my doctor, because I had to lose weight in order to be healthy. so far, ive lost around seven pounds! for me thats really great, because seven pounds on my bone structure is pretty noticable on me! I don't have any pics though... i hope to get down to 100 lbs soon!0

Yay!!! I love the idea of this group!!! I'm 5foot (and half inch, as I like to brag about)! I just saw my scale tip the highest its ever been in my entire life at 158 (it may have been higher, considering I didn't own a scale until a few weeks ago). I guess I was pretty naïve about how much weight I really had put on, considering growing-up I never had to worry about my weight as a competitive dancer and cheerleader. Graduating from high school, I wasn't as active and started putting on weight, and thus started my yo-yo dieting lifestyle. I'm here now to get myself on track and to never see the scale tip as high as it has been currently! I live too close to the beach to not take advantage of it! Plus my first ever wedding being a bridesmaid in May. I believe I can do this!!! I would love help and support from others!!!0
