PB2 powdered peanut butter only !! Less calories & without the oil...better for weight loss...but I still wouldn't eat it every day if you want to lose weight.
I would rather eat the real thing then fake junk like that.
And just how is it "better for weight loss"? Regular Peanut Butter is just fine for weight loss.0 -
I don't weigh it, no. But I usually don't eat any other nuts.
I tried calorie counting but I didn't know if 1600 that I'd set were the right amount of calories for me, so I went back to eating whenever I'm hungry.
Eating whenever you're hungry, while simultaneously NOT measuring, weighing or tracking your calories is how most people get fat in the first place. Peanut butter, while healthy in moderate amounts, is a calorie dense food. You can go crazy with spinach, but you need to monitor your intake of richer foods.0
