Why is it your favorite?

My favorite is what I know as "dragon lunges". I like it because it is cardio and excellent butt training...plus legs and abs. All in one.

Trampoline--because I can still do gymnastics type things on it, even at my age. And it's low impact, unless I fall off and hit the ground.

Walking. You can do it almost anywhere, vary the intensity, get out in the outdoors for a while. I push my baby in a stroller while I walk, so it makes for good bonding time. It's also low impact, which is good for my hip. I have an old injury from several years ago.

I did one leg dead lifts with a 25 pound kettlebell for the first time tonight and they are intense.

Swimming, because I'm a lazy fat chick and it's soooo much easier to burn calories resisting against a heavier element than to lift weights in the air  I DO lift but my weight sets are still at "weakling" status. Once I break 100 lbs on all machines, I will feel like I'm accomplishing something.

I guess lately has been a super set of rows and concentration curl and triceps push downs... It gives me a great pump on my upper body.
