Right now, my favorite exercise is yard work! Yes, I'm serious. My parents are elderly, and live less than 2 miles away. Any day I have time, I do anything I can in their yard. Lots of raking, shoveling, etc. They can't afford to have someone do it for them, and I can't afford a gym membership. I burn calories, and their yard is maintained. :) Win/win.

My favourite is yoga. Also love push ups as it took me months to progress to full 'man' push ups. It was so exciting when I finally managed it :)

I have a new yoga DVD that I am hoping will be a new favorite. I like the IDEA of yoga but it doesnt leave me charged up like HIIT or running does. This new DVD has yoga moves AND HIIT stuff combined so I am hoping it does the trick.
