    Lose Fat: Eat Less, Exercise More.
    Gain Muscle: Eat More, Exercise More
    Lose Muscle: Eat Less, Exercise Less.

    Nuthin to it.

    There are some aspects of body type that you need to learn to see in a more positive way and not try to force yourself to be something you are not. Muscular thighs are a good thing (and probably a lot smaller than you think they are). I also have muscular thighs (if you want to see my pics). Maybe you also won't like the way I look, or maybe it will help you to see how it looks looking at another person from the outside. Either way, I love my body and embrace it for what it is...life is much more enjoyable that way. I hope you will be able to embrace and appreciate the body that you have. I would work on that, if I were you. :flowerforyou:

    You will likely need to stop working them so much. Some of us just build leg muscle easier than others. It's hard to find cardio that doesn't focus on the legs, though.

    OMG. My eyes are bleeding from all the useless crap on this thread. I'm in a whirlwind of stupid.

    Cardio doesn't bulk up your legs. Excess calories bulk up your legs. Unless you are doing steroids, in which case, stop. Even really freaking heavy weight training is not going to put much muscle mass on a female without a crap ton of calories.

    I know, I know. You "build muscle really easily." No, you ****ing don't. You eat too much. Period.
