    Just for reference this is my photo when I started - weighting 222 lbs in November 2011.

    This was me last April, about 195 lbs or so:

    Great job, keep it up. You look amazing! I just started on my journey 3 months ago. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and I so far have lost 7 lbs. I am trying to eat right and have been exercising on an Elliptical, I bought. Next I plan to buy a weight bench and add strength training. I know how difficult it is to start and stick with it, WTG!
