If you've changed your behavior comparatively recently, it might take time for other people to catch up.
I find it helpful to not think of this as a deliberate deception to intentionally make you heavier, but rather just old habits. Try to see the good in it, because your mindset is what's really going dictate your long-term success.
If you think your loved ones are out to get you, then what will it be like when you go out to a restaurant where they really are trying to sell you much food as possible?0
