Great results and another good story about women doing heavy lifting!

Do not be scared of lifting heavy weights. Start light and build the weights up.

IMO, this should be the 'go to' post for all of the endless debates on whether weightlifting will make a woman bulky etc. You are a true inspiration! Thanks for sharing!!

You look amazing at 135! How tall are you?
I saw the type of weight lifting you do ..but how long are your workouts? 5X a week?

Thank you so much! I am only 5'3"!

Workouts are typically anywhere from 20-40 minutes long, 5x/week. I start out with a heavy lifting session, then move on to faster-paced stuff, and occasionally follow it up with some cardio if my calorie burn isn't high enough.

You look fantastic! This is a perfect example of a) how lifting can really change your body and how b) scale weight isn't the whole story! Congrats on your amazing results and hard work!

Remember Ladies, " You lose weight to get skinny so that you look good in clothes...you lift weights and exercise so that you look good naked."

Hot LEGS!! both look awesome, i can't wait, can only hope that i'll get a little bit of some sort of body back - 2 kids and 100lbs overweight isn't going to be easy, but i have faith.
