Husband bashing thread

My cousin got married and had a cook out yesterday to celebrate.. I told my husband about it at the gym, and he said "Are you going to eat there?" "Well, yes?" "Are you going to get a dessert?" "Probably.. I haven't had cake in forever."
And he proceeded to yell at me, while we were on the treadmills, about how I'm going to undo all my work and fall off track from ONE piece of cake. And made me cry, in the middle of the gym. Over a piece of cake. That I hadn't even eaten yet.
Wait, what?!?!?! :frown: :grumble:0 -
Lmao!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
WHAT???????????????????????????????? :noway:
Yup. I went to the cook out, and ate a piece of cake anyway. I shared it with my sister, but I know one piece of cake isn't going to screw me up.0 -

Well damn, that was one hell of a downer.0 -
My husband does dishes and buys me wine....you can hate me now.
I'm glad my wife doesn't brag about how awesome I am in the MFP forums. I'd get tired of being pursued all the time...and the phone calls at all hours.0 -
Great thread!!!
My husband only does things when I ask...and insists on having sex every night...wtf is a girl to do?!!? Enjoy it all the way!!!0 -
I told my soon to be husband (8 months to go as of today, YAY) that I was craving donuts and my fave blended coffee drink .. so he comes home from work at 4am with donuts and gets the coffee when he wakes up at 12pm. So sweet yet mean at the same time. But hey, at least I weighed in before.0

My husband just went back to work after 9 days off. The lawn still hasn't been mowed. I am now going to do it over the next few days (I have a 1 year old at home who sleeps unpredictably and will quite often wake after 20 minutes and needs help getting back to sleep... can't hear him over the mower) 15 minutes at a time and tell him to shove it when he whinges that I haven't done it right. I just want somewhere for the kids to play OUTSIDE.0

My OH said that 2kgs wasn't a big deal to lose and made me cry, but I got over it. Haha!!0

Have you tried telling him how you feel?0 -

When hubby and I were newlyweds I sent him to the grocery with a small list. Zucchini was one of the items. He bought be the "high end" (his words lol) zucchini that are individually wrapped. To every normal person on earth they are also known as english cucumbers. lol.
Bwahahaha!!0 -
I just came here to remind myself why I never want to be married.
Whenever I start getting all daydreamy and thinking about "settling down", I just listen to my friends and coworkers.
That sobers me up. I do the same thing when considering children. Other people's kids are my birth control....LOL!!
To you it might seem that way. I enjoy dating, but that's as far as I want to take it. Unless I'm 100% sure they're my absolute soulmate, I'm not saying yes. I've already dodged the "unhappily ever after" bullet twice with the last two exes that wanted to get married. Glad I got out when I did. I'd rather be single and happy, than married and miserable. I'm perfectly content to date for the rest of my life. I'm financially secure enough for myself, so I don't see anything wrong with keeping my life uncomplicated.0 -
Marriage and kids aren't for everyone, but I sure go enjoy it! My hubby is an amazing dad and I love his company. I can't gloat about all the stuff he does but I can say that I want to grow old with him0

I have a great husband. In less than a month, we'll have been married for 21 years. Has it always been easy? Nope, but after all this time he is still my best friend and soul mate. Our communication skills have gotten so much better over the years and even when we have a disagreement, we're able to work through them by discussing things and really listening to each other. That's a really important part of being in a partnership, in my opinion.0

Hahahahaha! To cute!0

This thread is hilarious. For those taking it too serious, learn what sarcasm, humor and jokes are. I love my husband dearly and he's a wonderful man. However I still have my days when I absolutely want to ring his sexy neck!0

My husband is a sonofa*****. He gets deported from a freaking country for being too hot LOL :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:
