    Day 1 - 2 sets of 50 squats each
    Day 2 - 2 sets, 55 and 50 squats

    Also doing a pushup challenge - anything to keep it exciting!

    Already doing it did day 15 today, getting easier. Also doing Jillian Michaels Six week Six pack, very challenging but can feel the burn everywhere not just an ab workout its a full body workout.

    Started the squat challenge about two weeks ago, but have decided to restart... Used a weight vest on one day, and am forever regretting it! Going to try again!!!

    Can't remember if I updated on this challenge this morning but if not.....

    Day 3 completed on the 30 Day Squat Challenge! I thought my legs would be so sore I could hardly move but that's not the case. I found it easier to climb stairs today and that is very motivating for me! Of course I'm still out of breath after 2 flights, but going up feels easier - LOL!
