You can have great results with the challenge, if you go into it understanding it's a lifestyle change, not a fad diet. If you stick with the plan, and commit, you'll do great. I only did it because my husband really wanted to try it and wanted someone to do it with him. I am a pusher, so I committed fully. No cheating. Here's my results.

I gained weight on it which derailed the 1.5#\wk losses I was enjoying when I did ithe challenge. It's not for someone who already knows how to eat healthy.0
