    Yesterday was a good day for me!!! I walked on the treadmill for 35:00 minutes on hill setting level 20 at 3.5 mph and walked 1.87 miles. Then I got on the stationary bike and rode 9.00 miles for 25:00 minutes!!! Did some weight training too!! Have a great HUMP DAY everyone!!

    Ok so i have been really slacking this week, hopefully now i have confessed to this i might find my motivation as i havent even been updating the few miles i have moved. So here is my update from the week so far.

    I didn't have the best run this morning, but I did it! 3.5 miles today & 53.34 total.
