i'll do more today at lunch and then tonight with my friend beth....
i'll make my miles goal for this month before the end of the week for sure...

Hmm....dont think I will meet my target this month...arrrggghhhh......unless I work my butt off (I wish...a few more lbs would be good...hee hee).....will have to do 11miles per day for the next 3 days.....yikes.....gym tomorrow morning 6.30am....going to at least try and beat last months target of 125miles....
