....lol, not really - after 3 kids, etc., there are scars/flaws EVERYWHERE, but that's okay - I earned 'em!

I still go back to the books for refresher on "how to do" a move, etc. They have remained VERY HELPFUL - great (exercise) investment pieces!

TOTALLY INSPIRING! I want to know your weight training program. I'm going to start with Stronglifts 5x5. I want to look just like you! (even though i'm only 5'2)

For those interested in "stats" - I measure between 5'8" and 5'8.5" tall and I currently weigh 143 lbs.

This is SO inspiring to me so THANK YOU! I am of similar age and height (five foot seven I think and will be 43 soon.) I also work forty hours at my job but will soon be taking evening massage therapy classes five times a week. We are a family with multiple special needs as well. I have been wanting to start bodyweight strength training ( and I am very soon). I need something that I can it into my own busy schedule.

Loved this! I started NROLFW last week, and I'm loving it so far - thanks for the extra motivation!

My 17-month and 18-month progress photos are also up on the "success stories" somewhere....and the photos themselves are in my profile photos here.

Thanks, all. I'm now 19-months into this and I continue to see small improvements EVERY SINGLE MONTH!

    :)

Beginner lifters should really check out the "New Rules of Lifting" series, by Lou Schuler. Some of the programs I've followed:

    1. New Rules of Lifting for Women
    2. New Rules of Lifting for Abs
    3. New Rules of Lifting for Life
    4. New Rules of Lifting - Supercharged

Currently, I am doing the Venus Index program and it has been THE BEST program for really chiseling down the body fat, imho.

I checked out the NROL FW but could not understand it. Dang it! Great job!
