    I'm working on an essay and I've hit the point where I know I don't have enough words left to talk about everything I want to talk about, so I don't want to write anything. But I just want to finish this damn thing, so this approach could be problematic.

    Muscle mass, water retention, natural weight fluctuation, swollen muscles. Don't stress it, stop worrying about the number, focus on the inches :)

    I know, just wanna take the scale and throw it out the window. Only problem is it would hit the grass and wouldn't break. Maybe I'll put it on the highway and watch trucks run over it.....

    the fact that it's almost 9 a.m. and I have a full eight hours stuck with a whack-a-doodle office mate before I can put on my sneakers and gym clothes and go work out!!! And how good this coffee tastes!!!!!

    I'm thinking I posted breakfast, time to get out to the garden and start turning the soil on the raised beds. Garden equals workout now AND delicious vegetables in due course.
