    I really want breakfast. I'm going to make chocolate protein shake pancakes. It's just a scoop of powder and enough water to make a batter consistency then you cook it. It's really good! It's a tad dry but i think i might have cooked it a little longer than needed. I used spray butter and sugar free syrup on top.

    Thank goodness I'm not the only one. It's not too often that I want to punch a little kid in the face, but if Caillou was a friend of one of my kids I wouldn't let him come over for his own safety.
