Your story is so inspiring. It gives people like me that have over 200 more lbs to go know that it is possible to get down to their goal weight and maintain it. I agree it's 70% diet and 30% excercise. I wish I could figure out how to elimnate more of the sodium from my diet too. I want to get off my blood pressure medicine.

    Thanks for sharing!

    Congrats.

I think I know what it feel likes having lost 202 pounds in 2 years too. It has been extremely hard work as I was nearly 37 when I started and wished I had done something a lot sooner. I can't even to strength training due to medical reasons which I could have done years ago.

The last 5-10 pounds is not going but I don't mind. It can take all year to come off as long as it doesn't go up too much.

I cannot write the first words that came out of my mouth when I saw your before and after pics, but a toned down version would be: holy freakin' cow! You look AMAZING! AND, you deserve to hear that over and over again! I can only imagine just how much hard work it took for you to lose all that weight, and to keep it off! CONGRATULATIONS!
