How much sleep do you get?

On my school days I usually get like 4-6. Sometimes none lately because of finals .
on weekends I get like 6-100 -

As much as I can! I figure the more I sleep, the less I have to deal with reality and the temptation to EAT! Honestly, I try to get at least 8 hours.0

It depends on your age but, personally, I find that 7-8 hours of sleep is plenty for me.
I'm guessing one should sleep for about 7-9 hours in order to go through all cycles completely.0 -

Depends on whether I have a migraine or not. Some nights I get no sleep, and sometimes I sleep for a couple days straight.0

6-7 hours if i'm lucky... before uni deadlines maybe 2-3 hours hahaa. I dream for the day i can sleep for 12 hours!!0

Lately I feel like I can sleep for hours. I literally slept for 22hours yesterday. When I'm feeling normal at least 10-7hrs makes me feel happy. I usually get 6-4. Not a morning person!0

I hate when that happens. I always tried to find away to go back to sleep. Counting sheep... whatever doesn't work. But I just get up and do as many pullups and pushups until I can't do anymore. That usually knocks me out.0 -
I'm not a good sleeper. I need at about 9 to feel right. If I am only up once I consider it a GOOD night. Usually I try for 9 but end up getting about 70

Usually about 5 - 7 hours depending on the night....I do, however, really wish I could nap more.

I am completely everywhere with how long I sleep, I think it is from 12 hour shift work. I go from 2-6 usually but when I get more than that I am still up about 4-5 times anyways.

I usually get into bed around 8 for an episode or two of Mad Men (or whatever the flavor of the month show is). Fall asleep by 10, up at 4:45ish without an alarm to make it to yoga by 5:45.
I spent YEARS - truly - almost four full years never sleeping. I worked the overnight shift at the hospital and truly never adjusted.
I cherish these nights more than I can ever articulate now. I feel like an entirely new person.
I am fully functioning on 6, but anywhere between 6-8 is wonderful to me.0 -
