Steak and veggies and you feel bad? That's what I eat when I'm "behaving." Fix your relationship with food.

Same here. I don't take creatine so I actually get a boost in the gym from eating steak a few days in a row.

Lots of water. Potassium rich foods may help.

    Like steak and broccoli?

I wouldn't panic at all, I would just eat properly, exercise and drink water and you will give birth to a food baby soon.

I ate a 16 oz Tbone steak lastnight with broccoli, (I know I should have ate 5 oz)... I figured one bad meal with little carbs/sugar wouldnt ruin anything. This morning my tummy is poking out a lot and I feel heavier! How do I correct this?? Fast for 2 days...

I eat a big steak like this almost once a week. I budget for it in my calories...

I'd rather be dead then give up steak.

A calorie deficit cause weight loss so eat steak stay at a deficit lose weight and live happily ever after!

Fast for 2 days certainly seems like a logical and rational thing to do

I don't know about "logical and rational"...

...but I have no doubt it will be a popular approach here.

My steak meals are usually 10-12oz...but with a potato and steamed veggies! So I'd just be lukewarm.

To the OP, it's likely a little bit of bloat and nothing more. Fiber and water, once you use the bathroom a few times you'll be fine! :D
