    I am 67 and would love to lose 30 lbs. Just started 3 days ago and am committed. I want to be skinny for
    the first time in my life. I have never been Fat - but could always stand to lose 10-15. You have to be ready
    to get into this but i think i am and this site is just so much fun to track food and exercise. You can't hide it,
    you know where you are. I am injured at the moment, but hope to come back slim and ready to beat all my
    opponents on the tennis court!

    Again - congratulations and i bet you could never have swam or run that far - pre MFP !
