A grande decaf mocha light frappucino from Starbucks. I am not one of those Starbucks snobs but sadly, it's the only place that has mastered personally tailored coffee drinks. I can't get sugar free, skim, decaf lattes at Wawa, McCafe OR Dunkin Donuts let alone ones that taste as good and normal as that does. Too bad it's so pricey and very out of the way from where I live at 130 calories.0

Homemade soup. Veggie pasta topper also homemade. Hummus err I dunno if it is low cal, but it sure is good with pita bread. Spring rolls I had 4!!!! and that was under 300 calories, fried tofu, Crystal Lite Appletini, air popped popcorn w/nutritional yeast, pita pockets for sandwiches it's just a few less calories, but it's still a calorie savings with no sacrifice. vinaigrette dressings.0
