A grande decaf mocha light frappucino from Starbucks. I am not one of those Starbucks snobs but sadly, it's the only place that has mastered personally tailored coffee drinks. I can't get sugar free, skim, decaf lattes at Wawa, McCafe OR Dunkin Donuts let alone ones that taste as good and normal as that does. Too bad it's so pricey and very out of the way from where I live at 130 calories.

Experimenting by making homemade salad dressing....less oil and more flavor. Less fat and calories than the store bought dressings I have been using.

Trader Joe's Chunky Guacamole with Greek Youghurt. 30 cals for 2 tbsps. Even for those who hate Greek yoghurt--give it a try!! You won't be disappointed. I love cooking and make my own guac all the time. This stuff is too amazing for words.

    Laughing cow cheese triangles... YUMMM

Without reading the calorie labels, i always thought it was like 100 a piece but was surprise it was 70 for 2 of them! Cheese is my a weak spot :p

Another surprise was that Fibre 1 make these chocolate brownies for 110 calories. Chocolate needs fulfilled.

I do have a weak spot for my banana nice cream ;) you can make it plain (banana flavor) or add fun stuff like peanut butter, cocoa powder or mashed strawberries :) I'm also very fond of frozen grapes!
