Beautiful Abs! :flowerforyou:
Abs.. I love abs, I'm still in my finding mine. :laugh:0 -
Ummm yep I'm bumping...:happy:0

I'm getting there....
Yes. I have stretchmarks. A LOT of stretchmarks. But still, not too shabby for a woman with a 4 year old who used to be morbidly obese. Never, ever, thought I'd have a flat stomach, let alone ablings.
Lea, you look incredible! Thank you for sharing! I have lots of stretchmarks and even loose skin. I get lucky with good lighting (and I can tuck the skin into my pants/swim suit). There were lots of women at the bodybuilding/figure competition that had stretchmarks too.0 -

For real? I was sure that those who competed didn't have stretch marks0 -

A lot of it has to do with lighting and competition tan/lotion. These are just the most obvious examples. Back stage almost every woman and many men had stretch marks somewhere (bicep, stomach, chest, thighs, etc).

I'm going to jump in for a bit of advice. I'm doing 30 day shred at the moment and once I'm finished want something a bit more abs concentrated whilst I'm losing more fat through the healthy eating.
What would you suggest?0 -

Thanks for the education and inspiration. I was brainwashed to believe that one would never see their abs if they've given birth:noway:0

I have abs again! I'm 30 and have a 6 year old and a 2 year old. Going to try to sort a picture out and post in a bit. I thought my tummy muscles were completely ruined after my last baby, but it is possible to get them back. Planks, squats and leg raises girls!
Have no idea if this works! My picture posting success rate is zero so far!
Edit; gah, still zero. Ah well, good job girls, keep it up!0 -
You ladies are such an inspiration to us. Congratulations and Thanks :drinker:0

I've never done anything that really concentrates on abs. Heavy compound lifts will help fill in the muscles (that's why lots of powerlifters have abs at higher body fat) and losing fat to make them show. Once a week I do either ab wheel or hanging leg raises.0 -
