    Delicious. Tried this for lunch today; I definitely will make it again.

    I omitted the celery and onion, added lime juice, used half an avacado, and kept the avacado more chunky.

    yumo thanks for sharing! im always looking for ways to choke down avocados haha not a huge fan! i make something real similar to this but use greek yogurt in place of the avocado...super good.

    I make something similar.

    Small can of tuna in water
    1/2 of a small avocado, chopped.
    1/2 Tbsp light mayo
    Seasoning of choice (I use Penzeys sandwich sprinkle)

    I combine the tuna, mayo, and seasoning. I then mix in the avocado. Sounds weird, but this is good with cottage cheese. I also eat it with triscuits. For a bit of a change, I will use a small foil packet of salmon. I have to limit myself, I could eat this every day.
