I finished Day 26 Level 3 today. Just 4 more days to go. I will finish on Monday since I take a break on Sundays. I definitely feel tighter and more toned all over.0

I am having bad knee pain in both knees! Right behind kneecap. Even when I do a rest day they hurt when I start up again. Anybody else have this? I've never had this before!0

O.K. So I finished 30 Day Shred. From my pictures, I cannot see much difference other than toning in my shoulders, hips, and thighs. I only lost 3.5 pounds, but around 5 inches and clothes fit much better. I feel stronger from much more muscle. I need to work on my fat intake more and add more fiber since I have been feeling bloated the past couple of weeks from cutting carbs.
