Had some people over tonight and got some of the most disappointing messages inside our cookies....

    What is the worst fortune cookie message you have gotten?

    These are so bad, you can't even add "in bed" to the end of them as a natural improvement.

    My daughter got one that said "Next time have the shrimp.". So bizarre, and it left us wondering what was wrong with what she did have lol.

    The funniest I've ever received was "Whew! About time I got out of that cookie!" I stuck it on our fridge because it makes me smile every time I see it. :)

    And... when the hubs and I were still dating, actually the month before he proposed, we both got this fortune in our cookies:

    And when we were waiting for my engagement ring to be "built" - we picked out the diamond and the setting - we got these fortunes. While not the SAME, they seemed appropriate.

    The weirdest one I ever got told me I would inherit a medieval castle. It was awfully specific.

    I have yet to even find the relative that has one to leave me.

    I actually got one before I started losing weight that stated that I "should lose weight".....kid you not it really said that.

    Can't think of a fortune cookie message. But once when i was a teen, I cracked open a walnut, which had been hollowed out and apparently glued back together. In it was a message that read "Fa Q". No i am not kidding!
    I guess the machine operators at the nut factory got a little bored.
