    Girls, I see a lot of people saying they aren't building the butt they want, try adding a little butt squeeze in at the half way point of each rep - it will focus more on the glutes. Good luck.

    Day 10: 105 squats. I am starting to feel like a squat MACHINE.

    Im on day 8 and notice a change but not a challenge for me yet. I am very athletic and fast walk every night so that may be the reason why im not hurting yet. But want to keep up with everyone and get it a try. I agree with some of the other posts in that I notice some small changes. But i see it in my butt or at least my husband and coworkers do.
