    And my balls hang differently. I always assumed one was lower than the other so they didn't knock against eachother while i was running.

    There are two different issues here: self confidence and physical health. Regardless of the state of your health, it is important to always be confident about yourself, to always think that you are a human being worthy of respect and affection, because you are. That being said, you owe a responsibility to yourself and your loved ones to be the best that you can be, whether intellectually, mentally, or physically. You and your loved ones will still love you no matter what, but that's not an excuse to just coast and give up the effort.

    My daughter will still love me even if I'm an unhealthy obese dude, but I owe it to me and her to be a better person so I can spend quality time with her much longer.
