    FIT RADIO is my favorite app when working out!! It gives you stations with certain bpms (beats per minute?) Which is how fast paced the songs are so the higher bpm the more intense the workout like cardio and stuff

    My husband has been encouraging me to pay more attention to my cadence (strive for 90 rpm!) while running, so I threw together a playlist in the realm of 180 bpm. I've actually been quite surprised at which songs ended up being the easiest to run to...which I'll share with you now. =P

    I used to listen to really energetic "motivating" stuff like Bon Jovi, but I find that I actually do run faster to these relatively "calmer" songs, just because it smooths my cadence significantly!
