    puffed wheat with greek yogurt, cinnamon and cantaloupe for breakfast, coffee to drink. Luch was 2 vegan boca burgers wrapped in cooked egg white and lettuce wrap; lastly a 6oz fage greek yogurt . Dinner remains to be seen.

    Sarauk: Holy Latte, What's via, and where do you get toffee cakes? I never see them around here but they sound delicious.

    Via is the instant coffee from Starbucks (yes - more coffee but it was 6am in the morning and I was on my way to the gym!). The toffee coffee cake was actually leftovers from a friends leaving thingy at work yesterday that came from a dinerish type restaurant called Hobees that does the best coffee cakes (usually you slather them with butter but I skipped that part). Heated up it was yum.

    I tend to count my day from midnight til midnight and tend to eat my breakfast before bed, lol, since I go to bed late and get up late so, today I had :

    2 pears.
    1 gala apple.
    250g cottage cheese/pineapple
    1 slice german rye bread(only 4 ingredients).
    Meridian jam (just fruit and pear juice).


    Garbanzo roasted chickpeas.
    1 weider banana protein bar.
    1/2 small chocolate tart.

    2 wild alaskan salmon fillets.
    200g mangetout.
    160g broccoli.
    150g new potatoes.

    That gave me just under 1600 calories.

    That looks really nice, I love mascarpone, but only have it very rarely when I eat out at pizza express and it comes with the fudge cake or the figs.

    Breakfast: Beanitos with full fat cottage cheese, a cup of chopped pineapple.

    Lunch: Cup of potato soup, mixed greens lightly dressed, dinner roll.

    Tonight I'm having dinner at a food cart with some friends, not sure what I am going to get, considering food cart food is mostly made for drunk people (fried, fatty, salty, delicious.)
  • Breakfast: equate brand shake

    Lunch: smoothie (banana, strawberries, plain yogurt, and apple juice)

    Dinner: lima beans, carrots, corn, green beans, 1 slice whole wheat bread
    with 1tbsp peanut butter

    Snack: 1 brach's root beer barrel

    And 6 cups of water (I owe myself 2 more).

    Edit: I forgot...I had a coffee with regular sugar and equate
    brand fat free powdered creamer

    breakfast: almonds and half a protein drink

    snack 1: big *kitten* protein smoothie

    lunch: tuna sandwhich with spinach, onions and cherries (on the side)

    snack 2: skinny cow ice cream :(, hummus, carrots, watermelon

    dinner: spinach salad (spinach, mushrooms, green and red peppers, blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds and newman's light honey mustard dressing)

    snack 3: another protein smoothie because I've had a lazy day and didn't feel like cooking real protein food.

    breakfast: protein pancakes topped w/ a bit of maple syrup & fresh slices strawberries; coffee with sweetner, almond milk and a tsp of fibre

    lunch: homemade pizza (half whole grain pita, shredded light old cheddar cheese, 1 slice chicken deli meat chopped, hot bell peppers, black olives), side salad of baby spinach & cherry tomatoes and light italian dressing

    dinner: sole baked with homemade bruschetta on top, sauteed zucchini

    snacks: orange, cherry greek yogurt, peppermint tea

    total ~1100cal

    BF 1 scrambled egg with fresh jalepeno, 1/2 english muffin with pat of butter and plum jelly, coffee and creamer
    Lunch 4 oz. 93% lean beef, 2 tostada shells, home made pica de gallo, reduced fat cheese and 1 tblsp sour cream, lettuce (amazing lunch)
    Dinner smoked pork tenderloin 4oz. baked sweet potato about 1/2 cup, steamed cabbage... about 3/4 cup
    snack- greek yogurt

    I have had an amazing yummy day and under my calories, Yeah to the three mile walk this morning. :)

    Breakfast - Dosa and Sambar, mango

    Lunch - Black bean salad, "Tuna Salad" (tuna with jalapeno greek yogurt dip, some more greek yogurt, celery, carrot, lemon juice, cilantro), fitness bread

    Dinner - Rice, yogurt, shrimp

    Snacks - Kettle corn, and a Junior Mint

    I know right??? But I saw a on pinterest to make cucumber sandwiches with tuna salad in the middle, and another recipe where instead of mayo you use salsa...so I sorta combined the two! Not for everyone I'm sure but I liked it okay :)

    mid morning: mean green juice, orange, and two peaches
    Lunch: shredded cabbage, guacamole, and roasted chickpeas
    after lunch snack: handful of raw pepitas
    Dinner: smoothie consisting of kale, banana, blackberries, water, and chia seeds
    after dinner snack depending if I am still hungry will be a cup of roasted chickpeas.

    Calories for today: 1751

    I eat four to five times a day. Helps me get variety.

    Breakfast (didn't have time to make eggs like I normally do)
    1 cup vanilla almond milk blended with 1 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder

    First Break Snack
    1 Thomas 100% Wheat Mini Bagel
    1 wedge Laughing Cow Cream Cheese
    1 peach

    Lunch
    8 oz Greek yogurt mixed with 1/2 cup blueberries
    1/4 cup almonds

    Last Break Snack
    Premier Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bar
    Jack Link's 50 Calorie Beef Steak
    (both of these I got out of the "natural" vending machine at work, because I forgot to pack a second snack)

    Dinner
    2 homemade spareribs cooked in the slow cooker with BBQ sauce and crushed pineapple
    2 cups boiled frozen broccoli
    10 Rainier cherries

    All comes to about 1900 calories a day for me, and I worked out for an hour and a half between last snack and dinner.

    2 egg omelette w/ shredded reduced fat cheese and sriracha

    Lunch:
    deli chicken sliced sandwich with light mayo and lettuce
    huge amount of fresh cantaloupe

    snack:
    lays light potato chips (i just can't give them up)

    dinner:
    marinated chicken (lawry's garlic and herb)
    broccoli
    sweet peas
    a little bit of stuffing =x

    So far, today wasn't bad (I may have a coffee with my dad later)

    Brunch: Steel Cut Oats with cinnamon and chocolate (I usually add almond milk but I forgot)

    Lunch: Nan's homemade beef/barley/carrot soup

    Snack: Dried Cranberries

    Supper: pork and Beef on the BBQ with Budweiser sauce. Topped with sauteed mushrooms and onions (EVOO). Spinach Salad on the side (spinach, roasted pine nuts, apple, goat cheese, homemade EVOO/balsamic vinaigrette) and some tomato slices, broccoli and a carrot stick.
    +coffee+milk+sprinkle donut <-I don't even like them, but dad wanted to get me something, and I like the sprinkle part :P

    breakfast was plain ff greek yogurt sweetened with stevia and a cup of frozen strawberry slices, 2 cups of coffee with milk

    lunch was an egg plus an egg white scrambled with zuchinni, onion, tomatoe, and mushroom with a slice of rye bread with light laughing cow cheese

    dinner was salmon with a stir fry of brocolli, red and yellow peppers, zuchinni, mushroom, onion, garlic, ginger and teriyaki sauce

    snacks were trail mix, chocolate popcicle

    Hmmm..a lot.

    Breakfast was coffee, yogurt, cereal and part of an apple. Snack was a protein bar. Lunch was leftover homemade cashew chicken, corn, green beans, a smoothie and a handful of cashews. Oh, and a piece of swiss cheese.

    Dinner was leftover homemade baked pork chops, homemade mashed potatoes, salad and ice cream. Late night snacking was yogurt and popcorn.

    Deluxe Ice Cream Company - Orange Cream Bars, 1 bar (7g)
    Domino's Pizza- - Artisan- Spinach & Feta, 1 (62g)
    Walmart - Tilipia Fillets, 7.8 oz (113g ) raw
    Fruit - Kiwi , 4 whole kiwi, peeled

    I also had a Push Up and Sweet and Salty Bar that I logged yesterday, along with two days prelogged Metamucil. I will save the ice cream, pizza, and.. half the kiwi for later.

    Just because I need to log in to keep my streak going ... today was the worst eating day in about 6 months. Birthday, wedding, recovery party for three family members in one glorious day of gluttony - 7 steamed crabs, 6 chocolate chip cookies, strawberry waffle, oatmeal, 3 giant pieces of cake with tons of icing, with 3 bowls of ice cream.

    Back to reality tomorrow!
