    BF 1 scrambled egg with fresh jalepeno, 1/2 english muffin with pat of butter and plum jelly, coffee and creamer
    Lunch 4 oz. 93% lean beef, 2 tostada shells, home made pica de gallo, reduced fat cheese and 1 tblsp sour cream, lettuce (amazing lunch)
    Dinner smoked pork tenderloin 4oz. baked sweet potato about 1/2 cup, steamed cabbage... about 3/4 cup
    snack- greek yogurt

    I have had an amazing yummy day and under my calories, Yeah to the three mile walk this morning. :)

    Snacks - Kettle corn, and a Junior Mint

    I know right??? But I saw a on pinterest to make cucumber sandwiches with tuna salad in the middle, and another recipe where instead of mayo you use salsa...so I sorta combined the two! Not for everyone I'm sure but I liked it okay :)

    Breakfast: coffee with half n half, raw almonds
    mid morning: mean green juice, orange, and two peaches
    Lunch: shredded cabbage, guacamole, and roasted chickpeas
    after lunch snack: handful of raw pepitas
    Dinner: smoothie consisting of kale, banana, blackberries, water, and chia seeds
    after dinner snack depending if I am still hungry will be a cup of roasted chickpeas.

    Calories for today: 1751

    I eat four to five times a day. Helps me get variety.

    Breakfast (didn't have time to make eggs like I normally do)
    1 cup vanilla almond milk blended with 1 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder

    First Break Snack
    1 Thomas 100% Wheat Mini Bagel
    1 wedge Laughing Cow Cream Cheese
    1 peach

    Lunch
    8 oz Greek yogurt mixed with 1/2 cup blueberries
    1/4 cup almonds

    Last Break Snack
    Premier Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bar
    Jack Link's 50 Calorie Beef Steak
    (both of these I got out of the "natural" vending machine at work, because I forgot to pack a second snack)

    Dinner
    2 homemade spareribs cooked in the slow cooker with BBQ sauce and crushed pineapple
    2 cups boiled frozen broccoli
    10 Rainier cherries

    All comes to about 1900 calories a day for me, and I worked out for an hour and a half between last snack and dinner.

    Lunch:
    deli chicken sliced sandwich with light mayo and lettuce
    huge amount of fresh cantaloupe

    snack:
    lays light potato chips (i just can't give them up)

    dinner:
    marinated chicken (lawry's garlic and herb)
    broccoli
    sweet peas
    a little bit of stuffing =x

    So far, today wasn't bad (I may have a coffee with my dad later)

    Brunch: Steel Cut Oats with cinnamon and chocolate (I usually add almond milk but I forgot)

    Lunch: Nan's homemade beef/barley/carrot soup

    Snack: Dried Cranberries

    Supper: pork and Beef on the BBQ with Budweiser sauce. Topped with sauteed mushrooms and onions (EVOO). Spinach Salad on the side (spinach, roasted pine nuts, apple, goat cheese, homemade EVOO/balsamic vinaigrette) and some tomato slices, broccoli and a carrot stick.
    +coffee+milk+sprinkle donut <-I don't even like them, but dad wanted to get me something, and I like the sprinkle part :P

    breakfast was plain ff greek yogurt sweetened with stevia and a cup of frozen strawberry slices, 2 cups of coffee with milk

    lunch was an egg plus an egg white scrambled with zuchinni, onion, tomatoe, and mushroom with a slice of rye bread with light laughing cow cheese

    dinner was salmon with a stir fry of brocolli, red and yellow peppers, zuchinni, mushroom, onion, garlic, ginger and teriyaki sauce

    snacks were trail mix, chocolate popcicle

    Breakfast was coffee, yogurt, cereal and part of an apple. Snack was a protein bar. Lunch was leftover homemade cashew chicken, corn, green beans, a smoothie and a handful of cashews. Oh, and a piece of swiss cheese.

    Dinner was leftover homemade baked pork chops, homemade mashed potatoes, salad and ice cream. Late night snacking was yogurt and popcorn.

    Gold-N-Soft - Margarine Light, 1 Tbsp
    Deluxe Ice Cream Company - Orange Cream Bars, 1 bar (7g)
    Domino's Pizza- - Artisan- Spinach & Feta, 1 (62g)
    Walmart - Tilipia Fillets, 7.8 oz (113g ) raw
    Fruit - Kiwi , 4 whole kiwi, peeled

    I also had a Push Up and Sweet and Salty Bar that I logged yesterday, along with two days prelogged Metamucil. I will save the ice cream, pizza, and.. half the kiwi for later.

    Just because I need to log in to keep my streak going ... today was the worst eating day in about 6 months. Birthday, wedding, recovery party for three family members in one glorious day of gluttony - 7 steamed crabs, 6 chocolate chip cookies, strawberry waffle, oatmeal, 3 giant pieces of cake with tons of icing, with 3 bowls of ice cream.

    Back to reality tomorrow!
