Average about 1600. I'll eat as low as 1200 and as high as 2500 depending on exercise. Been slowly losing and focusing on maitaining.

I aim for 1750 cals/day for a one pound/week weight loss. I am a dance instructor so I have my activity level set to very active, and I don't track my dance classes as exercise or "eat back" any calories for it.

Around 1600-1700 a day. I haven't been exercising much while I get my eating under control, but when I do, I'll probably eat about 1/3 of my exercise calories in addition.

I'm at 1200 cals a day. I don't make a point of eating back my daily activity calories; but I do make a point of eating back my exercise calories. MFP subtracts 500 cals day for a 1 lb/week loss, which is what I aim for; but if there is an additional deficit of ***under*** 500 cals a day, I don't worry about it. Only once did I not make my 1200 and that was because I was sick and could not keep anything down. I figure that was an acceptable exception :-)

I consume 1400-1900 calories a day. The higher amount of calories reflects the ones allotted because of exercise. Without exercise, I can have 1550 calories a day.

I'm 6'2 and net around 1200 a day. I've lost 1.5-2.2lbs a week steady for the past few months.

When I was working really hard to get the wait off I never went over 1200. Since I am almost to my goal if just depends on the day. I have always had a loss each week when I weight in.

It depends ..and changes ..based on my goals. I'm currently eating 1800-2200. 1800 on rest days, 2200 on workout days. I'm taking a break from focusing on scale losses and am concentrating on training for strength. I've actually gained a bit since September, but lost BF%. Plan on going back to deficit and altering workouts a bit in February. Will eat 1700-1800. My average TDEE is 2200.

I'm at 1,330/day, though with exercise my net cal intake is less. I started at 1,200 in October and lost 6 pounds in 1 week, which is awesome, but a little scary lol, so I upped it to 1,330--you'd be surprised how much better you feel if you add as little as 100 calories to your day.

MFP set me at 2300 to lose 0.5lb/week with a sedentary lifestyle. I often eat under, more like 1700 and am losing and not hungry. Even when I have a week of eating just under 2300, I still lose although not as fast :)
