Bagel, spread with LC cheese, thin sliced ham and cheese. Best breakfast sandwich you'll ever have.

I've started spreading them on buns when eating a sandwich or burger instead of sliced cheese. Especially the blue cheese one. Yum!

    Buffalo Chicken Dip

My measurements are always a little different because I mostly just eyeball it.

Shredded chicken (or a can of chicken if you're lazy like me)
    wedge of LC
    few tablespoons of parm cheese
    about 1/4 c. cottage cheese
generous serving of your choice of hot sauce

Mix all together, microwave a bit to melt the cheeses a little...enjoy with celery sticks or crackers....sometimes this is my lunch or dinner :)

i was actually thinking of making a pasta chicken dish with laughing cow cheese tonight for dinner.....I plan on sauteing onion, red bell peppers, mushrooms and zuchinni add chicken strips and some sundried tomatoe laughing cow cheese with some garlic, salt and pepper and maybe a little hot sauce I might also add in some baby corn and mix in some fettuccine noodles...I haven't tried it before but it sounds yummy

    I just eat them.

I'm not very creative. But I love them. Great quick snack. I don't eat nearly enough of them. I just wish they were cheaper.

I use them in place of cheese and mayo on sandwiches. Also mix into spaghetti to make a creamy tomato pasta sauce. Just two of my favorite ways to use them.

I love this thread and love LC wedges!

I put them on sandwiches.... The chipotle ones with crackers and turkey pepperoni... In scrambled eggs... In a wrap. I could go on and on!

I'm sure you have heard of her.... The Hungry Girl? Well she has some REALLY good cookbooks (website too!) and she uses laughing cow for pretty much everything that calls for cheese!

    Check them out!

Agree and Laughing Cow has a webpage with lots of ideas too - I love them!

Melted into quinoa! It's nice substitute to mac & cheese, in my opinion!

I use the Aldi brand....It's cheaper. Then I melt it on top of broccoli for a quick sidedish. ....or roll one up inside of a piece of roast beef sandwich meat for an even quicker, high protein snack.

Use a vegetable peeler to make noodle-like slices of zucchini. Cook the zucchini in a skillet with about 1/3 cup of chicken broth. After a few minutes, add a wedge or two of Laughing Cow cheese and cook until the cheese is melted into a thick sauce. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

You are my hero! That sounds to die for. :flowerforyou:
