Hi all. I am relatively new to mfp & just switched over from weight watchers! I am roughly 10 pounds away from my goal. I am looking to follow more people on mfp who keep open food/exercise diaries so we can share ideas and motivation.

ME all my stuff is open to my friends. and i still like to cook even though i'm losing weight. i just follow low calorie options like stuff on skinnytaste.0

I think it helped me get started, but most of the weight I have lost came after I found mfp and fitbit.0 -
Mine is open. Feel free to add me. I eat very healthily and while I've still got 50 or 60 to go before my goal, I've managed to dump 125 so far. I loose it very slow, but I'm healthy. If anyone else reading this keeps an open diary and eats healthy, please add me. I'd love to see others who prefer to avoid processed foods and such.0
