This challenge is perfect for me right now. After being off exercise for about 2 months due to surgery I am ready to get back on the exercise wagon. I used to do this challenge before! I'm gonna start low and hopefully build up. I just need something to make me accountable!!

Hey guys! I'm in I just have some questions. If you burn even 3000 calories per week thats 600 per day. Are you eating all these back like MFP says to do? I dont think I could if I tried. And if so is that helping you to lose weight? The whole eating back the calories burned thing confusses me. I eat them back but most of the time its not all of them.0

I eat a lot of the calories back, I think the idea is MFP doesn't want you losing more than two pounds a week. Anyway, nuts and avocados are an easy way to add good calories
