I use mine on wraps alot. My favorite is a whole wheat wrap with seasoned grilled chicken, the chipotle laughing cow cheese wedge, and a spoonful of salsa.
I grill the chicken on a large griddle, so when the chicken is done I turn off the griddle but then I put my tortilla on it to warm up. It get the tortilla nice and soft and it picks up flavors from the seasoning off the chicken. Then I spread the cheese on the warm tortilla add the chicken and salsa... Sooo good!0 -

Haha, that is such a funny response, and so true. I think anything processed is a bit suspect, but I like LC plain out of the wrapper. However, I've stopped buying anything resembling processed foods. The recipes here are great, though.0

They are yummy on most everything. I used to eat them all the time until i realized each little triangle was 300+ in sodium and then I stopped. But it was good while it lasted.0

i like to make cheese wontons with them. put a little on wonton wrapper and fold over. seal edges with a little water. bake until they start to look golden. great as a side with any chinese dish. you could add crab meat for crab rangoon. i use about 1 wedge for about 5 wontons.0

I usually cut a apple up and then put the Laughing cow cheese on the apple. This is a great afternoon snack for me.0

I spread it on ham slices, and then roll them up and cut them up in salad. SO GOOD, can't even believe it!0

Buffalo Chicken Dip
My measurements are always a little different because I mostly just eyeball it.
Shredded chicken (or a can of chicken if you're lazy like me)
wedge of LC
few tablespoons of parm cheese
about 1/4 c. cottage cheese
generous serving of your choice of hot sauce
Mix all together, microwave a bit to melt the cheeses a little...enjoy with celery sticks or crackers....sometimes this is my lunch or dinner0 -
I like them with Kashi 7 grain crackers. great post work out snack0

Mmmm.. laughing cow with Trader Joes Savory mini rice crackers! (goes great with a glass of chardonnay) I also like to spread it on my turkey burgers.0

I spread them on some wholemeal toast then put smoked salmon on top, then pop them under the grill for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper to serve.0

I love to use the Garden veggie LC cream cheese as a dip for baby carrots and snap peas or other veggies, instead of light ranch. Great afternoon snack!0
