If they don't work, they don't work. Take them back. The right pair may feel different, but should be comfortable right away. There are alot of stability shoes and they all different levels of control and ways of acheiving that control. Sounds like they have you in one that is way too corrective. When you try new ones (and you may have done this) go outside and run around some. If they don't feel like you want to keep going, go to the next model of shoe.0 -

Anyone else ever taken a little break from running -maybe a week or two in hopes of enjoying it again? I've been running for about 5 miles now and feel I have gotten a bit bored with it. I'm doing some other type of cross training activity at least once a week, but my runs have become monotonous! Was thinking of taking a couple weeks off from running in hopes of resparking my interest in it. I still love the calorie burn that it gives me, and the fact that it has helped me shed inches faster than any other activity. I just don't look forward to my runs like I used to.0 -
