Hi first time writing,
hopefully this will give me an extra boost to keep going as on a bit of a high today.
aiming for the 4.5lb loss

Starting weight --- 80.6 kg or 177.69 lbs
July 30th -- 80.2 kg or 176.80 lbs

I'm glad to see the scale moved that much after this past week, because it has not been a good week for me at all, but I fear that it might have been muscle mass that I lost rather than body fat. However, I have had some pretty crazy work days this week with 5 hours in overtime. We'll see what the scale says next week after I've been good this whole week.

1.5lb off this week. So proud of myself, started 30 day shred too and really enjoying a super quick high intensity session every morning, really gets my day off to a great start. Have a great week people, can't wait to check in and see how y'all get on

August 6th -- 12.1 ( I have five up processed sugar in all its forms so i think this is mostly due to that rather than sustainable weight loss. we'll see how the rest of the month goes ( 1 more week without sugar)
August 13th -- 11st 11 ( completed 2 weeks on sugar and binged on chocolate to celebrate but still doing well) going for the final Push! wish me luck

I got a little lazy this past week.....was not watching my calories and went over several days. \
Starting weight --- 187 lbs

july 30 = 213 only 1 pound, not great but at least something.
august 6 = 211 2 pounds this week better
august 13 = 210 1 pound , should have done better.,only one week left. gotta starve to make it.

Funny thing - MFP goal is to lose 1 pound per week and calories are calculated based upon that loss. I eat all my calories everyday and usually eat many of my exercise earned calories ---- so --- not sure why I'm surprised, but I am losing exactly as calculated!! I WANT to lose 2 pounds per week but know I wont restrict my calories that much. So I have to adjust my thinking - it will be a one pound loss per week for the most part : )0 -

Don't know what's going on here... I weighed 170lb on Friday morning and didn't have a particularly bad weekend food wise. Not one drop of alcohol passed my lips and I even went for a run on Sat morning. OK I didn't drink a lot of water over the weekend and TOM is due on Wednesday... but hey, THIS IS JUST RIDICULUS....
Ok rant over.... here's hoping there is some miracle for next week...0 -

yep sounds like bloat. drink a TON of water and electolytes (try to find low cal/low sugar alternatives like nunn or G2).0 -

Not a good week for me at all. Fell of the bandwagon a bit. However, not too bad considering I went out for dinner three times this week and pretty much completely indulged myself.

I've been working on my couch-to-5k and can now successfully run an 8 minute interval! on my non-running days i do either a tony horton workout dvd or a kettlebell workout. don't think i'll hit the 6 lbs lost goal for the month, but at least the scale is moving in the right direction.0 -

Oh man I wish I was in on this one. I need 12, 4 week mini challenges. New here to MFP this last 2 weeks or so and am loving it. Never on FB know this one can make difference in my life. I hope to see another challenge and be apart of it.0

Doing well! I think I'm going to hit my 149 goal by the 20th!!! yay! have been horrible about exercise this month but stuck to the diet most of the time and tracked even when I had a BAD binge day ( a few times)... I think i need another one of these mini challenges. Helps to break it up!

Today TOM started. Given that I'm showing a weight today tells me that I've probably lost but it's hidden by bloat. This ilittle challenge was just what I needed to regain my focus. Officially 4 lbs down and maybe even a bit more. So happy and super close to my overall GW of 145. Yipeeeeeeee0
