You look absolutely fabulous with your clothes on, and you can always get nipped and tucked sometime down the line when the money is there. I did and I'm glad. Enjoy your new figure!

Oh honey Im so sorry you feel this way!
I think you look absolutely amazing, what a transformation, what an inspiration!
You look sooo different, even your nose looks smaller lol, and thats a fairly skimpy dress and your arms dont look saggy or anything at all. It must be hard to have done so well with the weight loss and not be happy with the (naked) result but you cant tell at all in clothes that there are any saggy bits whatsoever. Are you happier naked now than you were before? you do look amazing, well done : ) xx

You look beautiful! I don't have much to add to your concern about extra skin, because I just don't know. But, even with that extra skin, you look AMAZING. Be proud!

Thank you all for you very kind messages it means so much to me, and hearing that with my continued weight training, drinking water and time, my skin may be a lot better then it currently is. 2 years seems such a long time but I can wait.

In 2 and a half years I turn 30 and I am absolutley adamant that by my 30th Birthday I will have the best body of my life, so hopefully my skin should be right by then.

Im gonna continue weight training and hope and pray that will get better!

    Thanx all :flowerforyou:

Nice transformation. Part of my job is being honest with people so that they look at what the truth may be so they can make adjustments. It's not my job here, so this is just my opinion.
From my experience, if someone has more than 80lbs of weight to lose, loose skin should be expected. Dependent upon how much weight had to be lost, age, genetics etc., the issue may not resolve itself. While exercising (which I always recommend) can "harden" the muscle and cause a little "push" against the skin, it may not fill in enough of the area. Unfortunately this happens and surgery is really the only option. But wait at least a year to see how your skin responds first.
For boobs, there's no exercise you can to to really "lift" them again. Since it's mostly fat tissue, the "deflated" cells now are like balloons that have no air. Again, surgery is the option here.
That said, some people embrace it, and some get surgery. How you look to others is more about how you portray yourself. If you're self conscious about it, it will show. If not, then most people won't even take notice.
    Again, great job.

Holy good lord you look amazing!!!
    Congratulations!
Don't worry about what you look like naked, just think of all the beautiful clothes you can buy now :)
  • You look young and sexy
  • I definitely know the feeling, I have lost over 160 lbs myself and do have a lot of droopy, saggy skin left over. I have only been on maintenance for about 4 months now so I know I will need to give it a lot of time. I have gotten lots of compliments on the way I look now which feels great but I also think...if they only knew what I looked like with no clothes on (shudder, shudder)...I think it will take some time, with the workouts and strength training I hope that will be enough to tighten up a bit and look a lot better but realize this will be a process (just like losing the weight was in the first place). Be proud of what you have accomplished and enjoy how it feels when someone compliments you on the way you look...and you do look absolutely fabulous! Keep it up...
  • Oh my goodness - I think you look AMAZING!!!
You have been so awesomely disciplined this far, I'm sure you'll crack the toning up! WELL DONE!!

You look amazing. But I understand how you feel. I feel the same way - See myself the old way in the mirror. It's hard to adjust to the new you! But know this: You are a rockstar!!

So without looking in the mirror and thinking about how you look, is there anything that does feel good to you about this huge loss of weight?

I'm in the same boat. 94lbs lost with about 9 to go. I am 32 years old and it took me about a year and a half to lose the weight. I have done it all on my own with the exception of a gym membership for the first three months. I'm thinking about joining the gym in my office building to try and enlist the help of a personal trainer to get rid of the saggy skin. For me the belly, arms and thighs are the worst :(
    Good luck!

*sigh* I TOTALLY feel the same way, and I still have a LONG way to go. :( I feel like I have elephant skin...all wrinkly and not full and my boobs are on their way to my knees. It's like exchanging one body image issue for another. I have no idea what to tell you, because I struggle with the same issue, but we HAVE to hang in there somehow!! You are BEAUTIFUL! <3

you look awesome !!! believe in that.... I know that there are ways to address the skin sagging but most if not all require esthetic surgeries
    I'm so sorry I just have to share . . . . . . . . . . . . .

With the weight that I lost, currently 91lb and 9lb away from goal, I look at myself (eeeek naked) in the mirror and dispair.
My skin is saggy, my boobs feel like their emptying and I dont feel sexy at all.

I'm praying, hoping, pleading that all this weight training and exercise will help with my body shape and image and self confidence.

When living day to day and looking in the mirror (eeeek naked) I fell like my 'old' self. Frumpy and ugly and I hate it.

But then I see a photo of me now and I find it hard to believe that this is me?!?!

    . . . . . I see the picture of me and I feel slim and sexy and amazing and then I just think its a lie . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

IF only they saw me naked!!!!!!! does anyone else feel like this??? Its really knocking my self confidence!

Wow! you look awesome and besides, no one is perfect NO ONE and its a good lesson to remember there you are looking amazing in your cute little outfit but fretting about whats underneath...no one but who you want to can see whats underneath so its a safe bet those pictures of celebrities and others who look so good in their little outfits probably worry about stuff the world cant see underneath too!!!!!!:blushing:
BTW, your arms are kick butt awesome!!! Great Job

You looks gorgeous. I must say you were never meant to have some extra baggage. Try Yoga. That has helped to tighten my loose skin. I was 330 lbs and now im 220. I was at 195 but **** happens. The loose skin has tightened on my considerably. I am trying to fine tune it now. Congratulations on your success and all I can advise is take a yoga class and keep on doing what your doing cs it took time to get where you were and it will take lots of time to get you were you want to go.

I completely understand where you are coming from.

I have often thought to myself..."is all this hard work even worth it if I'm still going to hate my body at the end?"

When thoughts like these get the best of me, I try hard to reassure myself that it isn't all about the outside.

We are making these changes to be healthier and to perform better.

I realize when I think like that I'm looking at the wrong reasons for my weight-loss journey.

Sure you may have saggy skin and stretch marks but think about what you can do now that you couldn't before..
Walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded, play more with your kids, lower blood pressure, lowered risk of heart attack, etc.

Think about how you've made-over the INNER you and it will help you stay focused and motivated.
