      This is great encouragement. I started this journey at 266 lbs in February. I had set the goal of getting to 145 lbs but then thought that was unrealistic. Now that I see your pictures and that you've done it, I believe its possible.

      Awesome! You and I started about the same point and are sitting about the same. I started at 262 and am now 145. Still have 20 lbs to goal but I'm slowly chopping away at it. How tall are you? I too hit a platue, it lasted 10 months looking back it was mainly caused by my loosening up slightly on what had been working and not weighing and measuring everything. I'm so glad I stuck with it though because I went on to rapidly lose 40 more lbs after that. Great job I'm gonna add you.
