  a tablespoon of oil is 120 cal. any oil. TWO tablespoons = 240 thus adding 45 calories per serving

  also 4 eggs and 1/2 c milk have way more calories thant that - WHAT AM I MISSING HERE???

  SORRY THE CALORIES ARE OFF - 2 tablespoons of oil = 60 per serving, plus one egg at 70 plus milk and cheese....

  I believe the calorie count is way off. Considering I made a vegan quiche WITHOUT any oil and it was 78 calories for an eighth of a slice, not a fourth (!!!!)
