    Taco Bake - Clean Eating

    Ingredients
    7 oz. Whole Wheat Rotini (1/2 the box)
    1lb Ground Turkey
    1 package Taco Seasoning Mix
    ¾ cup Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 cup Salsa

    Directions
    1. HEAT oven to 400°F.

    2. PREPARE pasta as directed on package. While pasta is cooking, cook meat with taco seasoning as directed on package.

    3. STIR sour cream into the cooked pasta; spoon half the pasta mix into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with layers of meat mixture, 1 cup shredded cheese and remaining pasta mix; cover.

    4. BAKE 15 min.; top with salsa and remaining shredded cheese. Bake, uncovered, 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

    Nutrition per serving (Makes 8 servings):
    Calories: 298
    Carbs: 26g
    Fat: 10g
    Protein: 23g
    Sugar: 2g
    Sodium: 408mg

    I clicked on it because I thought it said "Taco BELL - A Clean Eating Recipe"... I just wanted to see what on earth someone thought was "clean" at a Taco Bell... LOL!
