            Part 3 already?! There's some serious *kitten* moving happening!
 I've done 8.72 on the elliptical tonight and walked 1.56 miles over the last couple of days. My achilles is really playing up so I can't walk far at the moment, but thankfully the elliptical doesn't aggravate it so I can still get a decent burn in :ohwell: 
 Well, if my achilles were killing me, I certainly wouldn't be able to do 8 + miles on the elliptical! :noway: You rock lady! :drinker:0

            8/14/2012: approx 2 miles playing Zumba Rush for Kinect
 Since Zumba is an activity that requires lots of movement I thought it my be interesting to see what the mile conversion would be. To do so, I wore my Nike+ Sensor in my shoe while I did a full class. I wasn't expecting much but I was quite surprised by the total. The sensor quit on me at one point because I stood still too long (game was paused) so my total isn't even the full class ( I restarted the sensor when I noticed it had stopped).

            I completed 12.72 miles to date with a goal of 70 miles this month. I have a lot of work to do in a short time, but I am trying my best. I only count running, but should have included other exercises... I only started running 6 weeks ago.. its nice to challenge myself to see what I can accomplish in a month.

            I was still a little sore from riding up those mountains yesterday, but I managed to swim the km I promised :bigsmile:0

            Almost forgot to log my miles in today. I got 5.5 miles wearing my pedometer during the Tough Mudder bootcamp, walking with my neighbor and generally walking around the house. I didn't count my laps in the pool at lunch b/c it's hard to track laps and chat, so I have no idea how many I did. A few for sure as I was swimming for 35 minutes.... oh well maybe next time.
