      Great job! Thanks for posting!

      To the person talking about the extra skin she still has, I don't know how much it will work, but my daughter uses Vitamin E. Rub it on the affected areas daily and it will help lessen the stretch marks. I don't know if it helps shrink the skin or just lighten them. But it's made a great difference for her and she's lost 60#.

      Wow wee! I love your story and am definately taking to heart all that you've said. I too am working out 5 days 1-2.5 hrs as I can and gradually making the changes as I can. I know for me I did'nt get this way overnight so I don't expect overnight changes but I am gonna persist a little bit more and a little harder so I can have results like you! Congrats! You look MARVELOUS :noway: !

I really enjoyed reading your story, especially how you started exercising - just goes to show that "exercise" doesn't have to be endless iron-pumping and suchlike.
