Do you mean "low carb"? Even vegetables and fruit have carbs in them.

Go to Atkins.com. They have a 2 week induction meal plan on their website in PDF form that you can download. There's also an acceptable foods list that you can download that has pretty much every low carb food imaginable on eat.

You're only gonna lose a bit of water for a few days. There are much kinder ways to do that.

I was going to say the same thing.............and add in water.

Very boring way to live, but there are Zero carbers out there in the world and thrive pretty well I might add.

If you meant controlled carb or low carb, add in vegetables, berries, nuts and dairy to the above mentioned list.

    Don't

He endorses so many quack remedies. It's always something new. As far as I'm concerned, just stay far far away :)

I'm actually not sure how you could eat no carb, even meat will have carbs
Maybe buy a bucket of lard?

The level of carbs in meat and fat is so minute that they are labelled as 0

Try going on Mark's Daily Apple or Eating Academy. They are both great sources for low carb. I've been reading both for quite a while and feel much better when I keep my carbs below 50 g per day.
