    I'm 5'4" and aiming for 120. My first goal was 130 but I got there and still feel like I could lose some more. I have a medium/large frame so we'll see if 120 is attainable for me.

    I am medium frame and my goal is 150

    I'm 5'2 and would be totally stoked to weigh in between 125lbs to 135lbs. I am not small boned and carry a lot of muscle which is hiding out right now under a layer of padding, shall we say. My ideal weight used to be 110lbs but I am now 45yrs old and believe it to be unhealthy and unrealistic for me now. I'd like to be a expensive clothes size 4, cheaper brands size 5/6.

    I'm 5'4" and my current weight is around 147lbs. My goal is 120lbs but I'll be happy with anything below 130.

  • 5'4" looking to be 130, but don't know if I will want to go lower from there. Always been overweight so have no idea what is "me".

    i thought i would be good with 140 but know it isnt about the number, its how i look underneath my clothes. i need to be more toned.....
  • HI there! I'm 5'4' with a goal of 140lbs. My Doc says I should weigh between 128-145lbs. My body prefers right around 145-150lbs. I feel best at the higher end of my range and I like having defined muscles instead of being stick thin. Strong is the new sexy! Working on those last 20 lbs has been the hardest part. Good luck!

    I'm 5'4.5" and aiming for around 170. Below that I start looking too thin; I get a lot of concerned looks and comments. 170 is just enough to put my BMI below 30; I'm large-framed and tend to pack on muscle quickly anyway so BMI may not be an accurate measurement of "healthy weight" for me. My current waist measurement is 34" so I'm at least in a healthy range there.

    I'm 5'5" and would like to get down to 150lbs.... but wouldn't be mad if another 5lb fell off! LOL!

    i got 132 down as a goal but maybe 140 or 150 will be good.Im 51 and it comes off REALLY slow.
  • 5'4" and working toward the 140 - 145 range... got a ways to go but I'm hoping to get there (and stay there) by the end of the year.

    140 for me! I have been down to the 120's (many moons ago) and it was impossible to maintain.

    64 " here, maintaining but trying to add muscle and lean out the booty. 118 is about right for me.

    I'm 5'3" and my ultimate goal is 120-130, but my first goal is 140-150.

    I have a large frame and I've never been thin, so I don't know what an ideal weight for me is. I have 139 as the absolute ultimate goal, but who knows? I'd be thrilled to make it into the 150's.
  • My goal weight is 120. I am currently 138. I have a small frame and am pear shaped so all my weight goes to my hips and butt. Three kids later....it was bound to happen. Back problems will always make me weary of my weight. Every pound adds stress to my injured discs.

    Im 5'5 and my goal weight is around 115 (at 132 now, used to be 105 a couple of years back when lived a very healthy lifestyle). As I am classically pear shaped, I always look heavier than I actually am... so probably my bottomline would be 110 - Id look a healthy 115 :)

    I'm 5'4" and aiming for 145 (healthy BMI) but I have a lot skin since I've weighed in the 280s before. I'm at 155 and it is coming off so slow now. But without the skin I'm probably closer to 145 now anyways, so I'm not stressing about it too much, just eating as close to what I should as I can and focusing on getting healthy.

    I'm 5' 4" , size 14 - 16 in clothes. I weighed 185 but after weigh in today, I weigh 180. I'm shooting for 135 by Nov. 2013. According to other sites I should way around 120, but 135 is what I weighed in high school & I was a size 8 & happy. After I reach 135 we will see, if I want to stay that weight or lose more, depending on what my body does.

    I'm 5'3" and started at 120lbs, wanting to get to 100lbs. got to 100 and found it hard to stay there, so now I'm aiming for around 97-98, and then if I go over a little, I'll still be at my 100lb goal
