Have you had any chocolate lately? :)

When I started this diet I decided to have some chocolate or something I liked once a week, but I don't know if that's a good idea. If you want to lose weight you shouldn't have chocolate right? It's like a zillion calories. I heard you can have it if it fits into the calorie count...
Monday is chocolate day. What do you think?

eat some dark chocolate, it's not as bad for you! as long as you have it in moderation you should be fine.0
-
If you can get them - have an options hot choc mint or orange - they are so yummy and so chocolatey and only 40 calories, it might fulfill your craving instead :-)0
-
chocolate protein bars, powders etc. i love chocolate0
-
I eat chocolate all the time. Usually dark chocolate as the strong flavor satiates my choccy needs0
-
Of couse! I eat small amounts of dark chocolate DAILY!!!! I love it!0
-
Have the chocolate! Just get a fun-size bar or something as they're not too calorific.
If you give up your favourite food altogether, then you might end up bingeing on it later when the deprivation has got too much! This has happened to me a few times so I try to have smaller amounts of the'naughty foods', so I don't miss them.0 -
every couple of days i have a Dove Dark Chocolate Promise. it's just 44 calories and easily fits into my day. and it's real chocolate, not a substitute! (which are fine for some, but I want the real thing!)0

Blue Diamond Natural Dark Chocolate covered Oven Roasted Almonds. GREAT and healthy snack and great way to get that chocolate in...the healthy kind. I eat them almost daily.0
-
Pretty much daily. Nothing wrong with a little chocolate.0

I have some almost every day.0

Every single day. I love dark chocolate especially anyway so I have a few squares of that. Or chocolate nuts...I can convince myself the fat is all in the nuts and therefore healthy :bigsmile:0

I eat chocolate every day. Multiple time. LOL I just make sure I fit it into my calories for the day.0

A bag of peanut M&Ms... 250 calories so not a bad boost on a lower calorie day. And it's my favorite candy... now I just eat the small regular sized bag instead of the 5 pound one. LOL0

Try Hershey's Pure Dark Chocolate Squares.
3 Squares = 160 cals
They're yummy and a great way to indulge without throwing yourself off track.
Sometimes just having one will do the trick!0 -
I keep it on hand ALWAYS!!! Just scored some dark chocolate covered blueberries & acai..if that isn't health food I don't know what is!!!0
-
I eat it almost everyday. But I usually don't eat a whole candy bar, just a piece. And I usually get semi sweet or dark chocolate.0

This stuff is amazing!

I tend to buy the chunks (20g) because its pretty hard not to eat a whole bar (60g) once you open it but the bars are better value... I experimented with the ingredients and I think 20g is about 120 calories: and completely satisfies my chocolate craving.
This is as good/better for you than dark chocolate and I think it tastes better too. you do need a little self discipline though0 -
I had some yesterday at a 50th wedding anniversary party. Otherwise, I don't eat it. I just save for special occassions.0

Nearly every day. It doesn't actually have that many calories if you have a small quantity.0

Once I've broken the habit of eating chocolate (usually a Kit-Kat or Maltersers) every day I can actually go for days without needing it.
My last chocolate was a slice of chocolate cake, celebrating the boyfriend's 50th birthday last Friday.0 -

I eat chocolate everyday.
I don't understand why it not on the list of essential nutrients so I can track it.
You know, just to make sure I'm getting my daily requirements met.0 -
